UBND tỉnh Bình Định vừa phối hợp với Tổng Liên đoàn Lao động Việt Nam tổ chức Lễ khởi công Dự án Nhà ở thuộc quy hoạch Khu thiết chế công đoàn tỉnh Bình Định.
Dự án Nhà ở thuộc quy hoạch Khu thiết chế công đoàn tỉnh Bình Định là một trong số ít dự án thuộc Đề án Đầu tư xây dựng các thiết chế của công đoàn tại các khu công nghiệp, khu chế xuất đầu tiên của cả nước đủ điều kiện khởi công xây dựng.
Dự án do Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư Xây dựng và Cơ điện IEC làm chủ đầu tư với tổng vốn hơn 1.128 tỷ đồng; quy mô 4 khối nhà độc lập, cao 15 tầng, với gần 1.500 căn hộ (diện tích từ 46,5m2 đến 70m2); quy mô dân số khoảng 4.000 người. Dự kiến, tháng 8/2024, Dự án sẽ hoàn thành, nghiệm thu bàn giao, đưa công trình vào sử dụng.
Dự án sau khi hoàn thành sẽ giải quyết nhu cầu nhà ở cho công nhân, đoàn viên công đoàn, người lao động trong các khu, cụm công nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh Bình Định.
Phát biểu tai lễ khởi công, ông Phạm Anh Tuấn, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Định đề nghị chủ đầu tư phải nghiên cứu, tính toán, đề xuất giá bán, cho thuê, cho thuê mua các căn hộ phù hợp với mức thu nhập bình quân của công nhân, người lao động; đảm bảo các đối tượng được thụ hưởng chính sách dễ dàng tiếp cận.
Đồng thời, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Định yêu cầu chủ đầu ưu tiên bố trí nguồn lực, đẩy nhanh tiến độ đầu tư xây dựng công trình để đưa công trình vào sử dụng; thường xuyên theo dõi, kiểm tra, kịp thời giải quyết những vướng mắc phát sinh trong quá trình thi công; triển khai thi công dự án đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ đã cam kết.
Trước đó, ngày 27/4/2023, Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư xây dựng và Cơ điện IEC đã có Văn bản số 29/2023/CV-IEC gửi Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Bình Định về cung cấp các thông tin liên quan đến Dự án Nhà ở thuộc quy hoạch Khu thiết chế công đoàn tỉnh Bình Định.
Theo đó, Dự án có tên gọi là Dự án Nhà ở xã hội thuộc quy hoạch Khu thiết chế công đoàn tỉnh Bình Định được xây dựng tại Khu CC09 thuộc Khu đô thị Long Vân, phường Trần Quang Diệu, TP. Quy Nhơn. Dự án gồm 4 tòa CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4 (trong đó sẽ khởi công trước tòa nhà CT1, thời gian hoàn thành dự kiến trong quý IV/2024) có diện tích xây dựng 8.115,2 m2; tổng diện tích xây dựng là 119.493,2 m2; tổng diện tích sàn sử dụng: 82.331,5 m2.

Dự án Nhà ở xã hội thuộc quy hoạch Khu thiết chế công đoàn tỉnh Bình Định có số lượng căn hộ 1.498 căn, trong đó số căn hộ để bán là 1.198 căn, số căn hộ cho thuê là 300 căn. Diện tích căn hộ lần lượt tại A1 là 70 m2; A2 là 65,5 m2; B1 là 57 m2, B2 là 62,5 m2; C là 46,5 – 47 m2. Giá bán bình quân là 13 triệu đồng/ m2; giá cho thuê là 130.000 đồng/ m2 (chưa bao gồm VAT và kinh phí bảo trì).
Theo Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư xây dựng và Cơ điện IEC, đơn vị thực hiện tư vấn và hướng dẫn hồ sơ cho khách hàng bắt đầu từ ngày 3/5/2023. Tổng số căn hộ dự kiến mở bán khi đủ điều kiện của đợt I là 378 căn (hiện chưa đủ điều kiện mở bán).
