[/av_heading] [av_textblock size=’15’ font_color=” color=” av-medium-font-size=” av-small-font-size=” av-mini-font-size=” admin_preview_bg=”] Cao tốc Chí Thạnh – Vân Phong có chiều dài 51 km với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 10.600 tỷ đồng, còn cao tốc Vân Phong – Nha Trang dài 83 km với chi phí đầu tư khoảng 12.900 tỷ đồng.

Lãnh đạo tỉnh Phú Yên vừa chủ trì buổi làm việc với Ban quản lý dự án 7, Bộ Giao thông vận tải về việc phối hợp triển khai dự án xây dựng công trình đường bộ cao tốc đoạn Chí Thạnh – Vân Phong.

Tuyến cao tốc có điểm đầu trùng với điểm cuối của cao tốc Quy Nhơn – Chí Thạnh, điểm cuối kết nối với hầm đường bộ Đèo Cả.

Tổng chiều dài tuyến đường trên 51 km, đi qua huyện Tuy An, TP Tuy Hòa, huyện Phú Hòa, huyện Tây Hòa và thị xãĐông Hòa. Trong giai đoạn 1, đường cao tốc được thiết kế nền đường 17 m gồm 4 làn xe, tốc độ thiết kế 80 km/h. Hướng tuyến cơ bản đi song song và cách quốc lộ 1 trong bán kính 0,5-3,5 km; đồng thời đảm bảo an toàn với tuyến đường sắt tốc độ cao Bắc – Nam.

Để dự án được triển khai thuận lợi, Ban quản lý dự án 7 đã kiến nghị tỉnh Phú Yên liên quan đến công tác giải phóng mặt bằng. Các địa phương triển khai đồng thời một số công việc liên quan đến công tác bồi thường, hỗ trợ tái định cư…trong giai đoạn chuẩn bị dự án để đảm bảo bàn giao 70% diện tích mặt bằng các gói thầu xây lắp khởi công trước 20/11 năm nay.

Về vật liệu xây dựng phục vụ dự án, Ban Quản lý dự án 7 kiến nghị địa phương khẩn trương rà soát, triển khai trước thủ tục cấp phép khai thác các mỏ khoáng sản để đáp ứng nhu cầu của dự án khi triển khai thi công…

Các sở, địa phương liên quan sẽ rà soát lại quy hoạch để tham mưu trình UBND tỉnh trước ngày 10/3.

Còn tại cuộc họp giữa lãnh đạo tỉnh Khánh Hòa và các đơn vị liên quan, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh yêu cầu khẩn trương cập nhật dữ liệu phục vụ cho dự án thành phần đầu tư, xây dựng đoạn Vân Phong – Nha Trang.

Theo báo cáo của Ban Quản lý dự án 7, cao tốc Vân Phong – Nha Trang có tổng chiều dài 83 km, đi qua 4 huyện, thị xã là Vạn Ninh, Ninh Hòa, Khánh Vĩnh, Diên Khánh với điểm đầu tại vị trí nút giao hầm Cổ Mã (xã Vạn Thọ, huyện Vạn Ninh) và điểm cuối tại vị trí giao với quốc lộ 27C (xã Diên Thọ, huyện Diên Khánh).

Quy mô đầu tư dự án phân kỳ 4 làn xe, bề rộng nền đường 17 m, vận tốc thiết kế 80km/h. Ngoài hạng mục đường cao tốc, dự án còn có 4 nút giao liên thông, 6 nút giao trực thông; 13 cầu vượt sông, suối; 11 cầu vượt nút giao. Tổng mức đầu tư dự án khoảng 12.906 tỷ đồng.

Theo khảo sát, tổng diện tích giải phóng mặt bằng khoảng 779,6 ha. Hiện các đơn vị liên quan đang triển khai hồ sơ thủ tục pháp lý; đồng thời khảo sát địa hình, địa chất, thủy văn, mỏ vật liệu xây dựng, bãi thải để thực hiện dự án.

Tại cuộc họp, sau khi nghe báo cáo tóm tắt dự án cao tốc Vân Phong – Nha Trang và ý kiến đóng góp của các đơn vị liên quan, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa Nguyễn Tấn Tuân yêu cầu Ban Quản lý dự án 7 phối hợp với các sở, ban, ngành, địa phương khẩn trương rà soát, cập nhật chính xác các dữ liệu về giải phóng mặt bằng, hộ dân bị ảnh hưởng, nhu cầu tái định cư, mỏ vật liệu xây dựng để phục vụ cho việc triển khai dự án.

Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường khẩn trương có đánh giá về các mỏ đất đá đang khai thác trong khu vực này. UBND các huyện, thị xã, thành phố cần chuẩn bị ngay những thủ tục liên quan đến đầu tư khu tái định cư của dự án…

Lãnh đạo tỉnh cũng thống nhất giao các địa phương thành lập Hội đồng bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư để thực hiện công tác giải phóng mặt bằng ngay sau khi hoàn thành việc cắm cọc, kiểm đếm.
