[/av_heading] [av_textblock size=’15’ font_color=” color=” av-medium-font-size=” av-small-font-size=” av-mini-font-size=” admin_preview_bg=”] Theo quy hoạch sử dụng đất vừa được phê duyệt, đến năm 2030 diện tích đất ở tại thị xã An Nhơn được điều chỉnh tăng thêm gần 500 ha.

UBND tỉnh Bình Định vừa ban hành Quyết định số 268/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt Quy hoạch sử dụng đất thị xã An Nhơn thời kỳ 2021-2030.

Theo đó, quy hoạch sử dụng đất đến năm 2030, diện tích đất nông nghiệp trên địa bàn thị xã An Nhơn khoảng 15.913 ha (hiện trạng năm 2020 khoảng 17.295 ha); diện tích đất phi nông nghiệp khoảng 7.682 ha (hiện trạng năm 2020 khoảng 6.174ha); diện tích đất chưa sử dụng khoảng 855 ha (hiện trạng năm 2020 khoảng 981 ha).

Trong số diện tích đất phi nông nghiệp được điều chỉnh tăng nêu trên, diện tích đất ở tại đô thị được điều chỉnh tăng từ 524 ha (năm 2020) lên 853 ha (năm 2030); diện tích đất ở tại nông thôn được điều chỉnh tăng từ 598 ha (năm 2020) lên khoảng 740 ha (năm 2030); diện tích đất thương mại, dịch vụ được điều chỉnh tăng mạnh từ 28 ha (năm 2020) lên 168 ha (năm 2030);…

UBND thị xã An Nhơn có trách nhiệm tổ chức công bố công khai quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất theo đúng quy định của pháp luật về đất đai; xây dựng Kế hoạch sử dụng đất hàng năm phù hợp với Quy hoạch sử dụng đất thời kỳ 2021- 2030 đã phê duyệt.

Bên cạnh đó thực hiện thu hồi đất, giao đất, cho thuê đất, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất theo đúng quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất đã được duyệt.

Trong thời gian Quy hoạch tỉnh Bình Định thời kỳ 2021-2030 chưa được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt, UBND thị xã An Nhơn chịu nhiệm việc thực hiện các công trình, dự án phải đảm bảo tuân thủ các chỉ tiêu sử dụng đất UBND tỉnh đã phân bổ.

Sau khi Quy hoạch tỉnh Bình Định thời kỳ 2021-2030 được phê duyệt, UBND thị xã An Nhơn rà soát, điều chỉnh, bổ sung cho phù hợp với Quy hoạch tỉnh.
